Shipping policy

Shipping & Rates

  • Destinations: USA and Canada.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free and flat shipping available for qualifying orders in the contiguous US.
  • Shipping surgcharges apply for the following:
    • Orders that exceed 10 shipping boxes
    • Shipping boxes where any side is 18" or longer
  • Canada: Customers pay all duties and taxes at delivery. Refused orders are non-refundable.

Fulfillment & Timing

  • Processing: Takes 1–3 business days before shipping. Priority given to expedited shipping orders. No weekend/holiday shipping.
  • Transit: Estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. West Coast delivery can take up to 6 business days.

Delivery Instructions & Issues

  • Instructions: We cannot set delivery instructions. Use your tracking number on the USPS or UPS sites to provide them directly.
  • Lost/Stolen: We are not responsible for packages once marked "Delivered." Contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Missing/Incorrect: Check your packing list and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cardstock-warehouse.com. Include:
    • Order number and list of damaged items.
    • Photos of the product with product label
    • Photos of damage
    • Photos of all sides of the shipping box and the shipping label.
    • No refunds/replacements for items that are not in original packaging or have been used or altered.
    • Note: Keep all items, shipping box and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
