Shiny Mirror Paper Christmas Tags

Shiny Mirror Paper Christmas Tags

Hi crafty friends, I made some beautiful “shiny” tags for you today. These were so simple and fast to make, so you could definitely make tons of these for the holidays. I used mirror cardstock which gives the tags the “shiny” look. I embossed the mirror cardstock and added a simple sentiment. I hope you enjoy these tags.

Let's get started!

Supplies:

  • Cardstock Warehouse Cardstock Papers
    • Mirror Cardstock
      • Red
      • Green
      • Gold
      • Silver
      • Blue
    • Bright White Colorplan
  • Assorted Holiday Embossing Folders
  • Circle Die
  • Nuvo Crystal Drops: Simply White, Autumn Red
  • Die-Cutting Machine
  • Thread
  • Versamark
  • Gold Embossing Powder

I started by embossing each one of the mirror cardstock colors (Red, Green, Silver, Gold, and Blue) with a different Christmas embossing folder.

Next, I used my circle die to cut out the tags. I also die-cut those same circles out of Bright White cardstock for the back of the tag.

I stamped and gold heat embossed sentiments from my stash on the white die-cut circles. These will be on the back of the tags.

I adhered the front circle to the back circle, used a hole punch on the top and put the thread through, tied it, and then added a bow. I added the sentiment with foam tape and finished each tag with Nuvo crystal drops.

These were so easy to put together, but will have such a big impact on my Christmas packages!
